CODE OF CONDUCT
Our Code of Conduct applies to all in-store and online events. Please review it, by registering for an event you agree to abide by it.
SHIPPING AND RETURNS
In store returns are permitted within 30 days, with a receipt, as long as the game is in it's original wrapping and a resellable condition. Preorders will be refundable up until within 30 days prior to their release date; thereafter preorders will be refunded as store credit. Regardless, canceled preorders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee in order to cover the non-recoup-able processing costs of your order. Return shipping is at buyer's expense, but is generally not required for defective or damaged product. Refunds outside of this window, without a receipt, or in an unsellable condition will be accepted only with management approval.
Defective or product damaged in shipping may be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order. We will ask you to send photographs of the damage. If it is shipping damage or a known manufacturing defect, we will send a replacement as soon as possible. If a replacement is not available (in the case of out of print items), you may be referred to the manufacturer or publisher for a replacement, or have the item replaced by us, whichever is the most expeditious.
All sales are final on open stock and collectible items.
